Filling the last hole in downtown Santa Cruz

After the 1989 earthquake struck, bringing widespread destruction to the Bay Area, all of downtown Santa Cruz was rebuilt quickly except one lot on Pacific Avenue.
Now, after nearly 30 years, that parcel will be redeveloped with underground parking, ground level retail and residential.
Graniterock is excited to be part of this historic project with our partner Largo Concrete, providing 5,000 yards for the project that will finally complete Pacific Avenue.
