Graniterock Bestows Award Of Excellence To Santa Cruz County
Santa Cruz County Public Works Team Earns Accolades
Graniterock recognized the outstanding work of the Santa Cruz County Public Works Team with an Award of Excellence Plaque at the Annual Pavement EXPO held at the 112 year old Company’s A.R. Wilson Quarry in Aromas on Thursday, March 22, 2012. The award is in recognition of the 2011 Road Maintenance Program, which maximized tax payer dollars through efficient use of materials and resources to keep the motoring public safe and moving freely about the county.
The Santa Cruz County Public Works Team was honored for their excellent workmanship in performing and placing pavement strategies on various roads throughout the County. This work was done to the highest standards in the industry, while also maintaining a safe construction environment for the motoring public. The crews consistently showed pride in their workmanship and in their County.
