IT Help Desk Intern

JOB DUTIES

Provide Help Desk support to Graniterock Team Members in a challenging multidisciplinary IT environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Current MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering student, preferably Junior or Senior level. Skills: Possess strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to adhere to documented procedures with an improvement focus. Possess the ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues within a team context. Must have a passion to learn and apply knowledge. Systems include windows 2000/2003/2008, VMware ESX Servers, VMware Lab Manager, Exchange Server 2010, SharePoint 2003, 2007, Windows XP and Windows 7, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008. Some direct work experience preferred.

OTHER COMMENTS

Must have a valid CA. Driver’s License and clean driving record.
