IT Help Desk Intern

Provide Help Desk support to Graniterock Team Members in a challenging multidisciplinary IT environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Current MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering student, preferably Junior or Senior level. Skills: Possess strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to adhere to documented procedures with an improvement focus. Possess the ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues within a team context. Must have a passion to learn and apply knowledge. Systems include windows 2000/2003/2008, VMware ESX Servers, VMware Lab Manager, Exchange Server 2010, SharePoint 2003, 2007, Windows XP and Windows 7, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008. Some direct work experience preferred.OTHER COMMENTS
Must have a valid CA. Driver’s License and clean driving record.
