JOB DUTIES

Opportunity to learn general contracting business and Engineer responsibilities such as: order and schedule project activities and resources; negotiate with owners and sub-contractors; develop agreements, maintain progress reports, complete invoicing, track costs and financial analysis; earthwork calculations, maintain spreadsheets, complete pay estimates, contribute to bids and take-offs for future work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Current Civil Engineering or Construction Management student. Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to read blueprints and limited knowledge of construction equipment and materials. Must have MS Word and Excel skills. AGTEK material take-off skills a plus. This is an environment in which outstanding team results are expected and high energy is required.

OTHER COMMENTS

Must have a valid CA. Driver’s License and clean driving record.
