Graniterock Team Member Passes Engineering Exam

John Wiersma of Graniterock’s Pavex Construction Division recently passed the California Professional Engineering exam. John is now a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of California.

A Professional Engineer is capable of designing roads, bridges, and other civil improvements. “Becoming a registered engineer is quite an impressive feat,” said Karl Philipovtich. “This achievement will really help support our engineering work and continue to help satisfy our customers.”

John is a California native, having grown up in Hollister, California. He attended Cal Poly State University. John spends his off time roping and riding horses.
