On April 30, 2014, FMG was acquired by Graniterock, a company that was founded more than a century ago. Both companies corporate culture are closely aligned. FMG will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graniterock using the FMG name and continue its tradition of providing top quality asphalt milling, grinding, pulverizing, and partial depth recycling.
