The TransloadXpress is a mobile conveyor system which loads or unloads bulk commodity rail cars anywhere there is flat land adjacent to rail spurs. Designed by Graniterock to extend the geographic range of its aggregates business, the TransloadXpress service is available on a contract basis for a wide range of commodities.

Graniterock TransloadXpress is a major breakthrough in bulk commodity transportation. Operating at speeds averaging 300 tons per hour, the TransloadXpress service can dramatically reduce delivery costs for a wide range of bulk commodities.

System Operation
TransloadXpress can be set up very easily for a rail loading or unloading task. A single operator does everything to set up and convey materials.

Moving Between Hopper Gates
TransloadXpress quickly moves from one hopper car to the next. The Extendobeam retracts, and the rail car or the TransloadXpress moves down the rail siding.

The Reverse Application: Loading Rail Cars
A hopper is placed on top of the TransloadXpress Extendobeam, enabling the discharge of material onto the conveyor from an end-dump truck, front loader, conveyor belt, or other high-volume source.
