- Recycle
- To extract and reuse especially to reprocess (recycle aluminum cans)
- Recycled Aggregate Base
- Aggregate that is produced from concrete rubble.
- Recycled Portland Cement Concrete

- Reclaim
- To procure (usable substances) from refuse or waste products.
- Reclaimed Water
- Wastewater treated to improve its quality. Using reclaimed water is known as “water reuse”.
- Reclaimed Aggregates
- Aggregates that are extracted from PCC that is in a plastic (unhardened state).
- Virgin Materials
- Raw materials that have not be previously used in the production of a finished product.
