Cold Pour Crack Filler
TA-300 S/M cold pour crackfiller is a blend of asphalt emulsion, suitable fillers, and is "Super Modified" with a blend of "three select polymers" for greater flexibility and
adhesion in asphalt or concrete surfaces. TA-300 is available at many Graniterock branch locations.
Physical Properties

- Viscosity @ 77°F Brookfield, Spindle #3 @ 20 rpm: 300–700 cps

- Flexibility: PASS
- Ash content of insoluble residue: 70% min.
- Surface Preparation
Cracks must be dry and clean of all loose foreign matter. Use of compressed air or water jet is recommended. Apply a suitable weed killer prior to crackfilling with TA-300 S/M.
Application
Mix TA-300 S/M thoroughly before using. Use as received from the container. For best results, apply TM-300 S/M with a pour pot or suitable crack sealing applicator. Fill cracks to
the surface, scrape excess material using a "V" shaped rubber squeegee to minimize waste and maximize adhesion. Prior to TA-300 S/M curing, sprinkle silica sand (lightly) to promote
adhesion of Poly-Kote TA-1000.
Coverage
Indefinite. For estimated purposes; up to 315 linear feet of ½" × ½" crack per 5 gallon pail. For bottomless cracks, fill with sand to ¾" – 1" of the pavement surface. (see

Cure Time
Depends on air temperature, humidity and width and depth of crack. For early pedestrian or vehicle traffic, cover TA-300 S/M with a dry "fine" sand.
Clean Up
Water may be used to clean TA-300 S/M from tools and equipment prior to drying. If dried, use a suitable solvent.
Packaging
53 gallon drum, 5 gallon pail.
Precautions
TA-300 S/M shall not be applied during or when rain is imminent. Application temperature shall be 50°F and rising. Keep away from children. Protect from freezing.
