Job Duties
Accurately load plant and trucks with product to meet customer needs. Maintain product quality within designated specifications. Maintain cleanliness of loader and work area. Perform service and maintenance on loader and main plant belt line. Maintain wash out system and ponds. As Backup plant operator, batch concrete during end of day, vacations, and emergencies. Help maintain plant as directed by plant operator. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Work toward continuous improvement of job performance. Perform all job duties in the safest possible manner. Participate in branch quality teams and baseline goal achievement.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Strong communication, math and organizational skills. Basic mechanical skills. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with team members and customers.
Experience: 2 years Loader Operator experience. Familiar with concrete plant operations.

Desired Qualifications

Education: Certified Welder.
Skills: Basic plant mechanic skills and some truck knowledge. Bilngual in Spanish. Concrete batching experience.

Other Comments

Must have valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.
