Graniterock's Monterey County Branch hosts the annual KSBW Channel 8 and Central Coast ABC Share Your Holiday Telethon. This community event raises donations for needy Central Coast families. Graniterock serves as a location for phone bank staff from the United Way to accept gifts of food, new and unwrapped toys, clothing, blankets and money. The gifts are then distributed to local families by the Salvation Army.

Each year Pacific Grove's high school seniors are required to complete a 15 page paper, a presentation, and a portfolio to showcase their work. Graniterock was pleased to provide the Special Olympics of Northern California with bright yellow safety vests for its first annual competition held at Monterey Peninsula College, which was hosted by Monterey Peninsula Unified School District.
