A Reason to Celebrate
On Thursday September 6th this project took another step towards completion. The second scale was installed and calibrated and customer traffic was reversed. It may seem like a small thing to people on the outside, but to the branch team and our customers it is a huge deal. It is even worth a celebration.

Open For Business

WOW - WE ARE IN THE NEW STORE!
It has been a grueling couple of weeks where the entire team demonstrated time and time again their “Yes We Will” spirit. Despite the long hours and last minute snafus, on Monday July 2nd, the new store officially opened.
About the author
Tim Costello has a Bachelor of Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Santa Clara University. During his undergraduate years he worked as a law clerk during the school months and as a camp counselor during the summer months. After college he worked as a sales representative for Davis Wire. After leaving Davis Wire he worked as a Manufacturers Representative where he represented a variety of companies over a territory of 5 states. The constant travel got to him and he joined Graniterock ‘s Peninsula Concrete Team in 1996 as a Concrete sales representative. He has subsequently held positions as an Road Materials Sales Representative and as a Road Materials Branch Manager. He has been working on the Monterey Project since late 1995.
